Please allow 3-9 business days for processing all orders. Shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays.
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Once your order has shipped, the Delivery company is solely responsible for delivery.
NEOcph has no control over nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees and fees for future shipments. It is the customers responsibility to file any claims with the Delivery company for any damaged or missing packages or any packages delivered to a wrong address. On a case by case basis, NEOcph might assist you on your claim by providing information and/or proof of necessary items.
NEOcph can not be held responsible for wrong doings by the Delivery company or by stolen packages left at your address.
Return & Exchange Policy
NEOcph does not accept returns; however, exchanged pieces with proof of purchase will be accepted within 30 days. NEOcph reserves the right to decline exchanges due to damage by improper use, poor packaging or if the piece was custom designed. To exchange your order, mail the unworn item in protected packaging to the address at the bottom of the page.
Warranty
NEOcph provides a one year warranty with each piece. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use for a period of 12 months, beginning with the date of purchase. The right of warranty will be honored by the manufacturer (NEOcph).
Damages caused by improper or abnormal use will automatically void your warranty. Your jewelry will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of NEOcph free of charge should it meet these warranty conditions. Please return your jewelry in protected packaging to the address at the bottom of the page.
