NEOcph provides a one year warranty with each piece. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use for a period of 12 months, beginning with the date of purchase. The right of warranty will be honored by the manufacturer (NEOcph).\u00a0<\/p>

Damages caused by improper or abnormal use will automatically void your warranty. Your jewelry will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of NEOcph free of charge should it meet these warranty conditions.
